Job Overview

A leading global Pharmaceutical Company is seeking a skilled Production Operator to join their team at their site in Kirklees. The successful candidate will be responsible for the manufacture of APIs and intermediates for pharmaceutical products in line with cGMP standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Production of APIs/Intermediates in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Sampling of products and participation in Root Cause investigations in line with Quality Control Procedures
  • Maintenance of high standards in relation to safety and completion of all work in line with cGMP
  • Shift Patterns of 12 hour shifts including days/nights/weekends. 4 on 4 off
Requirements
  • Educated to Degree level or equivalent in a relevant discipline (Chemistry or Chemical Engineering) or equivalent experience in a similar environment
  • Basic IT Skills and the ability to work effectively in a Team Environment
  • Although no specific previous experience is required, a working knowledge of cGMP is Highly Advantageous
  • Must be able to work 12 hour shifts including days/nights/weekends
What We Offer

A competitive starting salary of £25,000 per annum, plus a shift allowance of £8,750 per annum, resulting in an annual remuneration of £33,750. In addition, you will be entitled to a generous benefits package, including bonus, private medical insurance, income protection, and gym membership.
