We are actively looking to recruit skilled Registered General Nurses (RGNs) across various specialties for a range of temporary and permanent roles within NHS facilities throughout the UK.

Competitive remuneration: Earn between £19.00 and £28.00 per hour

Position Overview:

  • Maintain precise and comprehensive documentation and records.
  • Exhibit outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities, presenting a professional, approachable demeanor alongside advanced clinical expertise.
  • Monitor, document, and report any symptoms and changes in patients' conditions.
  • Collaborate and consult with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate personalized care plans for patients.
  • Evaluate the individual needs of patients to ensure they receive the highest standard of personal care and attention.
  • Possess the knowledge and skills necessary for nursing and managing the environment, ensuring the well-being of residents and addressing their physical, emotional, and social needs.
  • Oversee frontline supervision and guide care staff.
  • Take charge of the shift, ensuring the seamless operation of services while liaising with management and senior nursing staff to facilitate effective communication for the benefit of patients and their families.

As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will provide nursing care to patients with a wide array of medical conditions, supporting their treatment, recovery, and overall well-being.


Qualifications:

  • Exceptional communication skills, compassion, and commitment
  • Current valid NMC registration
  • Recent satisfactory Enhanced DBS Certificate
  • Proof of Hep B, MMR, Varicella, and TB scar
  • Minimum of 6 months recent relevant experience in the UK
  • Up-to-date training records
