Within Ramboll, over 500 highly skilled professionals are involved in onshore and offshore wind projects globally, primarily operating from our key offices across various regions.

Your Key Responsibilities

As part of a multidisciplinary project team, you will undertake a variety of tasks and responsibilities in international projects of differing complexity and scale, including:
  • Geotechnical design of offshore support structures, incorporating numerical modeling
  • Planning and interpreting offshore geotechnical site surveys
  • Documenting project outcomes and facilitating project meetings with clients
  • Coordinating project developments during bidding and execution phases
  • Managing the geotechnical discipline within projects
  • Potentially overseeing team members
  • Contributing to technical advancements
  • Collaborating closely with other locations across Europe, the Americas, and APAC
Your Qualifications
  • A Master's degree or PhD in civil engineering, preferably with a specialization in geotechnical engineering
  • Several years of practical experience in geotechnical engineering, wind energy, and/or numerical modeling and seismic design
  • Experience in the offshore wind sector
  • Programming skills in Matlab or Python are advantageous
  • Ability to work independently while also thriving in a team environment
  • Strong communication skills, comfortable interfacing with clients
  • Reliable, solution-oriented, and systematic work approach
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English for effective communication with various disciplines and stakeholders
