About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Fostering Recruitment Administrator to join our team at CareTech Group. As a Fostering Recruitment Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in the recruitment and assessment process, ensuring timely responses and home visits to potential fostering households.
Key Responsibilities
- Undertake all fostering enquiries, processing applications and conducting relevant checks.
- Coordinate initial home visits and manage the assessment process in conjunction with the Fostering Assessment Manager.
- Communicate effectively with fostering households, assessors, and internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
- Manage training bookings and ensure compliance with safeguarding requirements.
- Collaborate with the Fostering Assessment Manager and Panel Admin to ensure timely completion of assessments.
Person Specification
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing priorities.
