We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation Specialist to join our team at SSE. As a key operational requirement, this role will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our business.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle escalated complaints by providing excellent customer service while resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in ensuring continuous process improvements by taking ownership of the improvement cycle and implementing solutions that drive business growth.
- Complete audits, dip tests, and data protection checks within the department in line with business plans.
- Develop and implement coaching skills to support the development of team members.
