Warehouse Logistics Trainee Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Warehouse Logistics Trainee. As part of our comprehensive training program, you will gain formal training and a solid foundation in warehousing and storage logistics, supporting Trinity House operations, particularly Marine and Engineering functions.

Key responsibilities will include learning to become proficient in warehousing and storage logistics, working closely with a dedicated mentor, and participating in a period of study to complete the Functional Skills Element of the NVQ. You will also have the opportunity to enhance your experience through occasional short periods of secondment to our warehouse in Swansea and familiarisation visits to other operational locations and TH vessels.

To be considered, you must have an enthusiastic interest in Trinity House, warehousing and logistics, and be educated to GCSE level (a minimum of 4 GCSEs grade C and above, including Maths and English). A clean UK driving licence, or the aptitude to pass the UK driving test, would also be advantageous.

As a Warehouse Logistics Trainee, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and experience with Trinity House, with the possibility of permanent employment at the end of the training program. The salary is based on National Living Wage (NLW).
