Lead Electrical Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Electrical Engineer to join our team at HVAC Total FM Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers and overseeing the delivery of electrical services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of electrical engineers to ensure the delivery of high-quality services to clients.
  • Develop and implement electrical maintenance schedules to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Review and update risk assessments and method statements to ensure the safety of our engineers and clients.
  • Manage the day-to-day activities of the electrical team, including the allocation of tasks and resources.
  • Oversee small works projects and liaise with specialist contractors to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
Requirements:
  • NVQ level 3 Electrical qualification.
  • 18th Edition certification.
  • Good knowledge of building services and electrical systems.
  • Excellent team working, customer care, and problem-solving skills.
