Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Deputy Care Manager to join our team at Trust Hire. As a key member of our small, supportive team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to individuals with learning disabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Oversight: Assist the Home Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring seamless delivery of care services.
- Care Quality Assurance: Ensure that high-quality care is provided to all residents, in line with regulatory standards and best practices.
- Staff Support and Development: Support staff members in their roles, providing guidance and training as needed to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, their families, and other stakeholders, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
- Care Planning: Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans for residents, ensuring their unique needs are met and exceeded.
- Resource Management: Manage budgets and resources effectively, ensuring efficient allocation and utilization of resources.
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a candidate with:
- Relevant Qualifications: Completed a NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
- Passion for Care: Passionate about providing high-quality care to individuals with learning disabilities, with a commitment to continuous professional development.
