Job Opportunity at Klarent Hospitality

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef de Partie to join our team at DoubleTree by Hilton Coventry. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for contributing to the production of high-quality food items in accordance with our menu and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook food items to the approved standard of presentation.
  • Ensure all dishes are prepared in a timely fashion and to the highest quality.
  • Be knowledgeable of the day's business, including reservations and outside events that may impact our operations.
  • Ensure excellent food hygiene practice is observed in the entire food chain from storage through to preparation and service.
  • Comply with all Health and Safety guidelines and report any issues as appropriate.
  • Assist in the training and development of junior members of the kitchen team.
