Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at WSH Group. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen and ensuring the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the kitchen team, including line cooks, prep cooks, and dishwashers, to ensure efficient food production and high-quality dishes.
  • Develop and implement new menu ideas, taking into account customer preferences, seasonal availability, and company standards.
  • Monitor and control food costs, wastage, and kitchen expenses, implementing strategies for cost reduction without compromising quality.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as sanitation standards, throughout the kitchen area.
  • Collaborate with the front-of-house staff to provide exceptional customer service and address any customer concerns.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
  • Ability to train and mentor new kitchen team members.
