**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Night Shift Packers to join our team at a global manufacturing company in Lymington, Hampshire. As a Night Shift Packers, you will play a crucial role in loading stock onto the production line, operating light machinery, and maintaining accurate records of material waste.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Load stock onto the production line efficiently and safely
* Operate light machinery in a safe and effective manner
* Accurately record material waste and personal daily activity information
* Participate in company-wide and specific continuous improvement activities
* Report stock/machine defects or perceived defects to the Production Team Leader
* Assist colleagues/departments or undertake other duties as requested by the Production Team Leader

**Requirements:**

* Numerate and literate
* Ability to interpret detailed work orders and quality information
* Ability to communicate effectively
* Ability to be trained in operation of extruders and ancillary equipment
* Operate as part of a manufacturing team
