Warehouse Assistant Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Warehouse Assistant to join our team at Collaborate Recruitment in Bournemouth. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our inventory management system and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receiving and inspecting stock as it arrives in the warehouse
  • Booking goods in and accurately labeling stock
  • Kit picking and issuing materials
  • Packaging and labeling finished goods for dispatch
  • Conducting regular stock counts and rotations
  • Dispatching finished items in a timely and efficient manner, adhering to quality standards
  • Producing export documentation as required
  • Maintaining accurate stock levels and MRP systems
  • Providing cover or support at other site locations as needed
  • Delivering goods as required
Requirements:
  • A hardworking attitude and strong work ethic
  • Physical fitness to move materials and stock around the warehouse
  • Proficiency in PC-based systems, including word processing and Excel
  • Manual handling experience is a plus
  • Friendly and team-oriented approach
