Position Title:
Project Coordination Specialist

Location:
Smeeth, near Ashford, Kent (transportation is necessary due to the company's location)

Work Arrangement:
Hybrid model: 4 days in the office, 1 day remote

Compensation:
£30,000 - £32,000

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5 PM

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update the project pipeline
- Take charge of project activities, ensuring all correspondence is accurate and accessible to the wider team.
- Provide detailed and timely responses to inquiries, ensuring high customer service standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Assist in creating presentations, including invitations and follow-up documentation for the Product Manager.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the specification process to identify key industry decision-makers.
- Formulate strategies to engage specific sectors such as architects and consultants.
- Acquire extensive product knowledge to aid in specification writing.
- Conduct research on construction databases to discover new project opportunities and expand a viable pipeline.
- Keep the Sales Team informed about ongoing and upcoming projects to optimize their positioning for securing orders.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing Teams to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
- Share insights and contribute in team meetings.
- Attend relevant industry events to gain and provide value.

Candidate Profile:
- Previous experience in Project Coordination
- A strong desire for personal and professional growth
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Project Management tools
