About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmacist to join our team at Tripod Partners. As a Pharmacist - Clinical Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing specialist clinical pharmacy services to support the safe and effective use of medicines within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical pharmacy and medicines management advice to maximize benefit and minimize risk in relation to medicines.
  • Support the provision and development of medicines management services to ensure optimal patient care.
  • Participate in training, education, and research to stay up-to-date with the latest developments in pharmacy practice.
