Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Lecturer to join our team at the University of Exeter. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and monitoring the Psychological Professions Network for the South West (PPN-SW) programme and its implementation interface with services and key partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and monitor the PPN-SW programme and its implementation interface with services and key partners.
  • Develop and implement operational administration, communication strategies, and quality management for the PPN-SW programme.
  • Work with the PPN-SW co-chairs, administrator, and graduate research assistant to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of the PPN-SW network.
  • Contribute to the overall management of the PPN-SW network and develop innovative and effective clinical engagement and participation practices across Cedar and the psychological professions community in the SW region.
  • Oversee the management of KPIs outlined for the PPN-SW project and develop a communication strategy that takes account of PPN-E objectives and priorities.
  • Liaise with CEDAR, PPN-SW co-chairs, PPN-SW steering group, PPN-E, and other stakeholders to ensure key objectives are implemented and good governance of the project ensues.
Requirements

The successful candidate will have a strong background in clinical education development and a proven track record of managing and monitoring complex projects. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholders.
