About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a Migration Support Officer. As a key member of our Migration Team, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals and families who have arrived in Lincolnshire through various national government humanitarian programs or resettlement routes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of individuals and families, providing personalized support to ensure a smooth transition into their new community.
  • Work closely with internal and external colleagues to provide a comprehensive support service, addressing the complex needs of our clients.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with various organizations to ensure a collaborative approach to integration.
  • Apply national guidance and policies to ensure compliance and best practice in all aspects of the role.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to the diverse needs of our clients with empathy and professionalism.
