Equity Partner Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced ACCA/ACA qualified accountant to join our team as an Equity Partner. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing a full portfolio of SME clients and contributing to the strategic direction of our firm.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our SME clients, providing expert advice and guidance to support their business growth.
  • Portfolio Management: Oversee a portfolio of clients, ensuring that their needs are met and that our services are delivered to the highest standard.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of accountants, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are equipped to deliver exceptional client service.
  • Business Development: Contribute to the development of new business opportunities, identifying and pursuing new clients and services that align with our firm's strategic objectives.
Requirements:
  • ACCA/ACA qualified accountant with extensive experience in public practice.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to develop and implement strategic plans.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional client service and driving business growth.
