    • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong business acumen, excellent communication and management skills, and a broad technical background. As an Equity Partner, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading the full provision of our services, becoming a true business advisor to our clients.

Our ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with Small to Medium-Sized Enterprises (SMEs) and High Net Worth Individuals in a public practice environment. You will be capable of training and motivating staff to exceed client service expectations, as well as ensuring the profitability of the IPS Group.
