Equity Partner Opportunity for a Senior Accountant

We are seeking a highly experienced and qualified accountant to join our team as an Equity Partner. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the full provision of our services and becoming a true business advisor to our clients.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing work, monitoring deadlines and budgets
  • Maintaining and developing client relationships
  • Providing accountancy and tax advice to a range of clients
  • Undertaking special advisory projects

Requirements:

  • ACCA/ACA qualified accountant with extensive accountancy experience gained within public practice
  • Strong business acumen, communication and management skills
  • Broad technical background
  • Able to train and motivate staff to exceed client service expectations

What We Offer:

A varied and versatile accountancy role that incorporates strategic, technical and managerial duties. The Equity Partner role will involve looking after a full SME portfolio, starting at c.£250k fee income from the outset with potential to grow further.
