Key Duties

Ensure timely and effective completion of planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive tasks across the facility Conduct troubleshooting and repairs on various mechanical and electrical (M&E) and HVAC systems, delivering efficient solutions Prioritize the scheduling of PPM and reactive work in accordance with service level agreements (SLAs), while maintaining high-quality service Ensure service levels are consistently met or surpassed Develop a comprehensive understanding of the engineering systems within the facility Familiarize yourself with specialized campus control systems such as Siemens, Delmatic, and Ventilux, and actively seek professional development opportunities Maintain a proactive approach in reporting issues and updating records to support site compliance Assist in the execution of small projects and upgrades Utilize site technologies and systems effectively in your duties Provide support to team members with larger or more complex tasks as site conditions necessitate Oversee the work of contractors and specialized suppliers, including the issuance of permits Contribute to the procurement and ordering of parts and materials, considering suitability and cost Ensure adherence to site standard operating procedures (SOPs)

Professional and Personal Skills/Qualifications

Experience in M&E building maintenance within high-profile corporate settings Proficient in fault diagnosis and troubleshooting of M&E and HVAC systems Strong teamwork, ownership, and customer service abilities A proactive attitude and excellent communication skills are essential for contributing positively to team performance Competence in utilizing IT systems and software
