Job Description

**Job Title:** Insurance Broker - Private Client Specialist

**Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced Insurance Broker to join our team at Green Barks Search Ltd. As a Private Client Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, managing their insurance needs, and building strong relationships with them.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage client relationships and provide personalized service to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Conduct needs analysis to identify client insurance requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Source and recommend insurance products from various providers to meet client needs.
  • Process client applications, renewals, and mid-term adjustments in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Communicate with clients, insurers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, regulatory changes, and product updates to provide expert advice to clients.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives and support the growth of the company.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an Insurance Broker, preferably in a private client setting.
  • Strong knowledge of insurance products, including personal lines and commercial insurance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Good understanding of regulatory requirements, including GDPR and anti-money laundering regulations.
