We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our Spicerhaart team as a Customer Engagement Specialist. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our clients receive a 5-star experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of customer inquiries and contacts via various channels.
- Register customer details and forward them to relevant teams to arrange viewings and property valuations.
- Complete administrative tasks, including data input, to support our network of branches.
- Collaborate with your team to achieve success and maintain consistently high service standards.
