Digital Marketing Coordinator Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Gtechniq Ltd. in Upper Heyford, Northamptonshire.

As a Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the Head of Marketing in developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies to drive business growth and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain our social media presence across multiple platforms, ensuring timely and engaging content is posted regularly.
  • Collaborate with our in-house Videographer to create high-quality video content and imagery for social media and digital platforms.
  • Assist in the creation of marketing collateral, including digital and printed materials.
  • Develop and manage our company newsletter, reporting on its effectiveness and making recommendations for improvement.
  • Plan and organize events, including attendance at trade shows and exhibitions.
  • Work closely with the Head of Marketing to plan and coordinate marketing campaigns, ensuring they are strategically aligned and timely.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media channels, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Assist in the writing and distribution of press releases.
  • Maintain strong relationships with external media agencies and contractors.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to incoming enquiries via phone and email.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years' experience in a similar or related role, with a proven track record of success in digital marketing.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro.
  • Confident using social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Full driving license.
Desirable:
  • Interest in bikes.
  • Experience using WordPress.
  • Experience using Brandwatch.
  • Video editing experience.
