Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Architect to join our team at RGB Recruitment. As a Technical Architect, you will be responsible for leading projects from start to finish, managing the overall design process within the RIBA work stages.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence.
  • Design Team Coordination: Collaborate with Product Designers, internal and external construction professionals to deliver high-quality designs.
  • Site Visits: Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and budget.
  • Client Liaison: Communicate effectively with clients and external consultants, attending design team meetings and ensuring collaborative communication streams.
  • Qualifications and Experience: Possess relevant qualifications and UK-based experience, with a good working knowledge of UK building regulations.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrate a client-focused attitude with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Technical Abilities: Possess strong technical abilities and the ability to deliver projects.
  • Desirable Skills: Proficient in Revit and proven experience within the Healthcare, Commercial, or Defence sectors.
