About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Content Creator to join our team at Ticketmaster UK Limited. As a Content Creator, you will play a key role in supporting the creation and maintenance of all copy across our website.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to requests from the wider Marketing team to update and create artist pages
  • Maintain in-house workflows to ensure all requests are kept up to date
  • Write artist biographies, blog posts, and email copy in keeping with brand tone of voice
  • Ensure content is optimized for SEO and best practice is implemented across all digital elements
  • Analyze SEO data to ensure we're picking up on emerging search trends
  • Sub-edit copy across all channels to ensure it meets house style and the brand tone of voice
  • Use web content management systems to publish content
  • Work with the Senior Content Manager and Content and Marketing teams to conceive, create, and deliver new creative campaign and editorial ideas to promote the Ticketmaster brand
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a content marketing, social media, or editorial role
  • Experience using a CMS (content management system), particularly WordPress and Prismic. Knowledge of Salesforce also highly desirable
  • Able to write and edit quickly and accurately while adapting to brand tone of voice
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office software packages to a competent standard
  • Previous experience in working with SEO from a content or editorial perspective is highly desirable
  • Previous experience of using analytics programs (such as Google Analytics) is highly desirable
