As a vital member of our Human Resources team, the People Policy and Projects Specialist will play a key role in shaping and implementing innovative people policies and project initiatives that align with the strategic objectives of the Royal College of Nursing.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and delivering effective tools, templates, and training programs to empower managers and staff in engaging with our people policies.
  • Ensuring that all policies are compliant with legal standards and promote inclusivity and diversity.
  • Building and nurturing strong relationships with internal stakeholders within a unionized environment.
  • Applying your expertise in employment legislation and contemporary HR practices to enhance our organizational effectiveness.
