We are seeking an experienced Clinical Operations Development Director to join our team at Planet Pharma. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of clinical operations strategies across multiple assets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute clinical operations strategies to support the development and commercialization of multiple assets.
- Lead a team of Clinical Operation Leaders and Study Managers to ensure timely and within-budget delivery of clinical operations activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Medical and Scientific teams, to design and implement global clinical development plans.
- Oversee vendor/CRO management to ensure compliance with SOPs and WIs.
- Provide strategic guidance and support to the organization to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in clinical operations development, with a strong track record of leading cross-functional teams.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate others.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
- Experience working with vendors/CROs, with a strong understanding of SOPs and WIs.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
