Job Title: Finance Business Analyst

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team in Leeds, Thorpe Park. As a Finance Business Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive business analysis to understand the requirements and challenges of finance transformation projects within the insurance sector.

You will collect, understand, challenge, and translate business requirements for projects, creating appropriate functional and non-functional specifications, and updating traceability matrices as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct business analysis to understand finance transformation project requirements
  • Collect and translate business requirements for projects
  • Provide link between internal customer, development team, and third-party regarding software functionality
  • Ensure change activity meets agreed governance requirements and controls
  • Support Finance Project Manager to define and prioritize finance change agenda
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and manage expectations
