**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Legionella Risk Assessor to join our team. As a Legionella Risk Assessor, you will be responsible for conducting risk assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. You will work closely with our clients to identify and mitigate potential risks, providing expert advice and guidance to ensure the safety of their water systems.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Conduct legionella risk assessments to a high standard, adhering to the latest industry guidelines and regulations.
  • Develop and implement risk assessment plans to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on legionella risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with clients to identify and address potential risks, ensuring the safety of their water systems.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure ongoing support and service delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, ensuring the highest level of expertise and knowledge.

**Requirements:**

  • Proven experience in legionella risk assessment and mitigation.
  • City and Guilds Legionella Risk Assessment Qualification (or equivalent).
  • Wide knowledge of industry standards and regulations, including BS and HSG274.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Held a full driving license for a minimum of 12 months, with no driving bans in the past 5 years and no more than 6 points current or pending.
