Pareto FM is seeking a skilled Mobile Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical and mechanical principles and systems, with previous experience in performing a Building Services Engineer role.

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out regular and periodic inspections to maintain the efficiency and safety of M&E installations, including fire safety, firefighting equipment, and security systems. They will also be required to maintain records and computer-based record management systems to nationally agreed standards.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Carrying out maintenance and reactive tasks associated with client assets
  • Performing regular inspections to maintain the efficiency and safety of M&E installations
  • Maintaining records and computer-based record management systems
  • Carrying out maintenance works on M&E services and installations
  • Ensuring works are completed to standard and against budget

The ideal candidate will have a relevant qualification in electrical or mechanical engineering and be able to work unsupervised to a high quality. They will also be able to provide technical M&E advice and support to the client.
