Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Clinical Lead Psychologist to join our team and lead our pain psychology services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our pain management strategies, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Pain Management Strategies: Collaborate with our team to design and implement effective pain management plans, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our patients.
- Lead Multidisciplinary Team: Work closely with our team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care, share best practices, and drive continuous improvement.
- Provide Clinical Leadership: Offer guidance, support, and mentorship to our team members, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
- Contribute to Service Development: Participate in the development and implementation of new services and initiatives, ensuring they align with our organization's goals and values.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Build strong relationships with our stakeholders, including patients, families, and healthcare professionals, to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Postgraduate qualification in psychology
- Experience in pain management
