**Job Summary**

Gap Construction is seeking an experienced Electrical Team Leader to join our team. As an Electrical Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of electrical engineers and technicians to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Lead a team of electrical engineers and technicians to deliver projects on time and within budget
* Develop and implement project plans, risk assessments, and method statements
* Manage and supervise work to ensure compliance with BS 60204 and BS7671 standards
* Interface with client engineers and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
* Order materials and hire equipment as needed
* Complete timesheets and maintain accurate records

**Requirements**

* 5+ years of experience in electrical engineering and project management
* Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
* Strong knowledge of BS 60204 and BS7671 standards
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Ability to read schematic drawings and interpret technical specifications
