We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Starbucks Lead to join our team at Giant Eagle. As a Starbucks Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring all company policies, store operating standards, and procedures are communicated effectively and maintained.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate and maintain company policies, store operating standards, and procedures.
- Show passion for Starbucks beverages and products.
- Build strong relationships with guests and vendors.
- Supervise stocking and receiving.
- Write department orders and monitor ordering.
- Participate in physical inventories.
- Deliver outstanding customer service.
- Direct Team Members in performing duties.
- Oversee and evaluate training of new and current Team Members.
- Reduce and eliminate shrink.
- Work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Maintain safety as the top priority.
- Maintain cleanliness of department and work area.
- Properly handle products and equipment.
- Promote an environment of diversity, inclusion, and respect.
Requirements
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in a related field.
- Prior experience in Restaurant/Barista or related field.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Food Safety certification.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to travel regionally, less than 10% of the time.
- Age 18 or older.
