We are seeking a skilled Physical Intervention Tutor to join our team at the Royal Devon and Exeter NHS Foundation Trust. As a Physical Intervention Tutor, you will play a crucial role in providing expert guidance and support to our clinical staff, helping to create effective care plans that prioritize patient safety and staff well-being.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs on de-escalation techniques, physical interventions, and restraint methods to ensure our staff are equipped to manage challenging situations effectively.
- Raise awareness and promote the use of best practices in managing conflicts and using restraint techniques within our organization.
- Assist with data collection, evaluation, and course administration for our training programs, as well as perform clerical duties related to workforce and statutory requirements.
- Collaborate closely with our operational security team to ensure seamless support and coordination.
