Your Role:

We are looking for a driven Senior Lettings Negotiator to lead our vibrant Lettings team. Your responsibilities will include generating valuations, conducting property viewings, negotiating tenancies, and maximizing branch profitability.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in Estate Agency
  • Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Resilient, positive, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Valid UK driving license

Key Responsibilities:

As a Senior Lettings Negotiator, you will be responsible for:

  • Valuing properties to maximize rental income
  • Conducting property viewings to showcase properties to potential tenants
  • Negotiating tenancies to secure long-term rentals
