About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Estate Agent to join our team as a Lettings Property Lister. As a key member of our residential lettings team, you will be responsible for winning listings and gaining new instructions for properties to market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Win listings and gain new instructions for properties to market
  • Ensure every customer is greeted in a friendly, positive, and enthusiastic manner to build rapport
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and vendors to achieve sales and lettings targets
  • Conduct viewings and negotiate terms of sale or let
  • Prepare and present marketing materials, including property descriptions and images
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity
Requirements
  • Experience in estate agency, preferably in lettings or sales
  • Ability to generate new business in a target-driven environment
  • Outstanding customer care and customer service experience
  • Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
  • A full UK driving license
