Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Event Sales Manager at Gulf Conferences in Ealing. The Event Sales Manager will be responsible for event planning, sales, communication, and event management for private events. The role will involve creating engaging events to attract key industry players and ensure successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute event planning strategies to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audiovisual requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event execution
  • Monitor and analyze event performance metrics to inform future event strategies
Requirements
  • Proven track record in event planning and sales
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of the Education and Oil & Gas industries is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Sales, Marketing, or related field
