At Medtronic, our Integrated Health Solutions team is dedicated to delivering high-value services that improve healthcare outcomes and patient satisfaction. As a Medtronic Integrated Health Solutions Consultant, you will work with our clients to understand their most pressing business challenges and develop tailored solutions to address them.

A Day in the Life

  • Provide expert healthcare service and solution consultancy to our clients, overseeing complex consulting projects that involve strategy development, organizational transformation, and operational optimization.
  • Work closely with senior management of private and public hospitals to determine long-term goals and develop recommendations for changes and improvements.
  • Partner with hospital stakeholders to develop well-articulated situation analysis and business cases for change.
  • Develop actionable plans for immediate improvement and drive implementation.
  • Capture learnings and best practices to continuously improve our services and support our international network of clients.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of relevant consulting experience, preferably in strategy consulting, big 4, or healthcare consulting.
  • Healthcare industry knowledge, digital healthcare knowledge, or experience in private healthcare turnaround is a plus.
  • Proven track record in driving end-to-end transformations from analysis to implementation.
  • Fluent in English, with other language skills a plus.
  • Willingness to travel within your region and across EMEA (< 50%).
