A Day in the Life

As a Medtronic Integrated Health Solutions Consultant, you'll work with senior management of private and public hospitals to determine long-term goals by analyzing our strategic partners' business and making recommendations for changes and improvements. You'll have a passion to help leading hospital clients improve healthcare and build our consulting practice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Healthcare Service/Solution Consultancy, overseeing complex consulting projects that involve strategy development, organizational transformation, and management of the operation to maximize efficiencies.
  • Work with hospital stakeholders to develop well-articulated situation analysis and business cases for change.
  • Develop actionable plans for immediate improvement and drive implementation.
  • Capture learnings and best-practices to continuously help our international network of clients.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of relevant consulting experience, e.g. strategy consulting at top tier firm, big 4, healthcare consulting or 12+ years of industry experience
  • Healthcare industry knowledge, digital healthcare knowledge or experience, expertise in private healthcare turnaround is a plus
  • Proven track record in driving end to end transformations: from analysis to implementation
  • Fluent in English, other language skills are a plus
  • Willingness to travel within your region and across EMEA (< 50%)
