About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our team at Greene King. As a Team Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our pub and carvery, providing exceptional customer service and leading a team of staff to deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide customers with a memorable and enjoyable experience, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Deputise for the management team and resolve any issues that arise in their absence, ensuring the smooth operation of the pub.
  • Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy shift, ensuring everything runs efficiently and effectively.
  • Ensure the bar is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with promptly and safely.

Requirements

  • A great eye for detail, ensuring every aspect of the pub is maintained to a high standard.
  • Be a role model to the team, demonstrating excellent customer service skills and a warm welcome to every customer.
  • An ability to think on your feet and adapt to any challenges that arise during a busy shift.
  • A positive can-do attitude and a commitment to being a team player.
