Beverage Inventory Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Beverage Stock Manager to join our team at Rhubarb Hospitality Collection. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing our extensive beverage inventory, ensuring seamless operations, and optimal stock levels to meet the high demands of our venue's events.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage beverage inventory across 5 levels, 15 cellars, and multiple storerooms, implementing control processes to track stock levels and ensure accurate and timely replenishments.
- Monitor and manage stock levels, minimizing wastage and overholding, and place and manage all beverage orders.
- Act as the liaison between the Commercial Analyst and the Logistics Manager, aligning event-day stock management strategies and enhancing operational efficiencies.
- Work alongside the F&B Cost Controller to lead on monthly stocktakes, ensuring accuracy in counting, efficient reporting, and a timely and effective stocktake process.
- Proven experience in stock control, inventory management, or a related role within a large venue, hospitality, or similar environment.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to generate and interpret detailed reports.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Excel.
- A hands-on approach, and the ability to communicate efficiently with various departments.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to stock handling.
We offer a competitive salary, up to £32,000 p.a. depending on experience, and a full-time permanent role with flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
