Beverage Inventory Manager

Join Rhubarb Hospitality Collection as a Beverage Stock Manager and take on a pivotal role in managing our extensive beverage inventory. This position requires precise stock management, cost control, and coordination between commercial and logistics teams, as well as external suppliers and delivery partners.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee beverage inventory across 5 levels, 15 cellars, and multiple storerooms, implementing control processes to track stock levels and ensure accurate and timely replenishments.
- Monitor and manage stock levels, minimizing wastage and overholding through regular audits.
- Place and manage all beverage orders, acting as the conduit between external suppliers and in-house logistics and goods-in teams.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and delivery partners to ensure smooth operational processes.
- Collaborate with the Commercial Analyst and Logistics Manager to align event-day stock management strategies and enhance operational efficiencies.
- Work with the logistics and cellar teams to ensure smooth and accurate stock distribution on event days, identifying areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
- Lead monthly stocktakes with the F&B Cost Controller, ensuring accuracy in counting, efficient reporting, and a timely and effective stocktake process.
- Proven experience in stock control, inventory management, or a related role within a large venue, hospitality, or similar environment.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to generate and interpret detailed reports.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Excel.
- A hands-on approach, with the ability to communicate efficiently with various departments.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to stock handling.
