Senior Quantitative Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantitative Analyst to contribute to our team in London. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a leading global FinTech company, expanding our product range and optimizing risk management strategies.

As a Senior Quantitative Analyst, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining pricing models for complex financial products, working closely with the dealing, operations, risk, and IT development teams. Your expertise will be essential in driving business growth and ensuring the accuracy of our financial models.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain pricing models for new and complex financial products.
  • Collaborate with the development teams to implement and improve pricing and risk management algorithms.
  • Work with other team leads and senior members of quantitative strategies on dealing strategy improvement.
  • Maintain personal and professional development to meet the changing demands of the role.
  • Ensure confidentiality and adhere to regulatory and legislative requirements.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with experience in front-office facing FX, Equities, Fixed Income, or derivatives.
  • Knowledge of general financial products and derivatives, including market microstructure.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Python, SQL, and time-series databases.
  • Experience with Agile processes and leadership/mentoring skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
