About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated School Nurse to join our Healthy Family Team at HCRG Care Group. As a School Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to children and families in Slough.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver the Healthy Child Programme, including assessment of health needs, development, implementation, and evaluation of packages of care.
  • Work alongside SCPHN School Nurses to provide universal School Nursing services to support aspects of a child or young person's development and health.
  • Provide leadership and act as a positive role model by supporting colleagues and demonstrating excellent standards of care.
  • Collaborate with the Practice Education team to ensure high-quality training and development opportunities.

Requirements
  • NMC Registered.
  • Experience of working with children and young people.
  • Valid UK driving licence and access to a car for work use.
