Financial Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join our team at AWD online. As a Finance Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day financial operations of our UK business, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the financial planning cycle, including the preparation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts.
- Lead the financial reporting process, ensuring accurate and timely production of monthly management accounts.
- Manage and mentor a small finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
- Develop and implement financial systems and internal controls to ensure compliance with accounting and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with operations and commercial teams to optimize business performance and drive growth.
- Fully qualified ACCA/ACA/CIMA (or equivalent) with post-qualification experience in a similar role.
- Proven business partnering skills and ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders.
- Strong IT and systems knowledge, with an in-depth understanding of accounting software and Microsoft packages.
