We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join our team at AWD online Careers. The successful candidate will have a CIMA / ACA / ACCA qualification (or equivalent) and post-qualification experience in a similar finance / accounting / accountancy role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the finance function and provide strategic financial guidance to the business
- Manage the financial planning and analysis process, including budgeting and forecasting
- Oversee financial reporting and ensure accurate and timely financial information is provided to stakeholders
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency
- Collaborate with other departments to drive business growth and improvement
Requirements:
- CIMA / ACA / ACCA qualification (or equivalent)
- Post-qualification experience in a similar finance / accounting / accountancy role
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Good knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft packages
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

Location: Brandon, Suffolk or Wretham, Thetford with some opportunity to work from home and some travel to other sites in the UK.
Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week, 9.00am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday.
Driving Licence: Essential for travel to other sites.
