Buoy Yard Team Leader

Join The Corporation of Trinity House in a challenging role that requires strong leadership and technical skills. As a Buoy Yard Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Harwich Buoy Yard Facility, ensuring that all tasks are executed to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee and report on staff performance, production plans, and Health and Safety compliance
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of all required reports
- Collaborate with the Buoy Yard Supervisor to respond to failures in Aids to Navigation
- Supervise and effectively communicate to others
- Experience of using heavy lift plant and equipment such as forklifts and cranes
- Previous experience in a similar role in an industrial environment
- Experience of maintaining and setting standards of behaviours for others
- Level 2 qualification within Health and Safety
- Level 2 qualification in Management or Front Line Supervision
