Support Worker Opportunity

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Support Worker to join our team at Superior Healthcare. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with learning disabilities and autism to lead fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support individuals with learning disabilities and autism to develop independence and personal growth.
  • Assist with daily living skills, including cooking, shopping, and personal care.
  • Plan and facilitate activities that promote social, cognitive, and motor skills.
  • Engage clients in community-based activities and outings.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to adapt to the needs of service users and the organization.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with individuals with learning disabilities or autism.
  • A caring and empathetic attitude with strong communication skills.
  • Ability to commit to at least 24 hours of work per week.
  • Access to your own vehicle is essential for this role.
