Key Responsibilities- Deliver personalized care services to clients with various needs, including those with physical, emotional, or cognitive disabilities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' needs and create tailored care plans.
- Provide support with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management.
- Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and other physical needs.
- Monitor and report any changes in clients' conditions to the care team.
- Valid driving license and access to a car.
- Experience in care work, preferably in a community setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Competitive hourly rate of up to £16.
- Mileage paid.
- DBS clearance provided.
- Uniform and PPE provided.
