We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Excellence Lead to join our team at TiliaHomes. As a Sales Excellence Lead, you will be responsible for owning and maintaining Site Sales Standards and Toolkit documentation and materials for use across our regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develops training plans and coordinates training delivery to an agreed plan, recording attendance and gathering feedback for improvement.
  • Creates content for training courses, leveraging Standards and Toolkit materials as well as sales and negotiation best practice.
  • Delivers training courses across regions.
  • Builds relationships with regional sales teams to source SME input and gather feedback on current Standard and Toolkit use and training, sharing good practice across regions and sites.
  • Provides compliance reporting to the Chief Sales & Marketing Director with standards and toolkits and training attendance, making recommendations to address issues and maximise opportunities identified.
  • Provides administrative assistance to the Group Sales & Marketing Director given accountabilities for delivery of Sales Strategy, Customer Journey Experience and Sales Training Strategy.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills, including face-to-face, telephone, and written communication.
  • Ability to work across multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Enthusiastic, positive, and motivated with a flexible approach to work.
  • Full UK driving license and a willingness to travel across the country as required to facilitate the role.
  • Proficient IT skills – Office, Word, Excel.
